My name is Mokihana Pambianchi, Owner, Designer, Stylist and Certified Wedding Planner of Bliss Events since 2010.  I have designed and planned countless weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and various special events.

Originally from Hawaii, I’ve been living in the beautiful Catskill Mountains since 1999. I am a wife, mother and grandmother.  I love a good auction, all things vintage & shabby chic treasures!  I enjoy the smell of fresh flowers, sweet perfume and the immense flavor of dark chocolate! Most of all, I love to create beautiful and unique experiences through my design!   I look forward to the pleasure of taking your special event and turning them into a beautiful reality that brings meaningful memories for years to come.

Bliss Events Will Create a Beautiful Picnic Setting

Travel to the countryside of the Catskill Mountains and find yourself in the middle of nature’s splendor! Whether your hiking, biking, skiing or relaxing, theres always something to do in upstate New York. And if your really looking to make your trip more amazing, then look no further and book a luxury picnic by Bliss Events. Our Luxury Picnics are great for date night, wedding proposals, birthdays, anniversaries and girlfriends getaways!

Indoors or outside, its up to you! Our two-hour picnics are small and intimate.

Bliss Events will create a beautiful picnic setting complete with ground covering, a low profile table, china, flatware, glassware & exquisite tabletop decor. All you do is show up and enjoy the experience! Need a nibble to eat? We will coordinate with local caterers to provide delicious charcuterie & cheese boards with sweet and savory sides & crusty breads. And who can pass up something sweet to top off the meal? Not me! Our local bakers will create an assortment of fruit and dessert platters that are simply to die for! Prefer a customized menu? No worries! We will work with you to create the perfect culinary experience thats sure to please every palette.

Event Design & Decor

Unlike a full service wedding coordinator, a “Day of” coordinator is for clients who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all their hard work.

It is a necessity for everyone but most importantly you! Our goal is for you to relax, take in and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working toward! Our service begins 8 weeks prior to your wedding date and is available to secure your date 4 months in advance. As soon as you book, we can provide you vendor recommendations for anything you’ve not secured yet. Our checklist and guidance will keep you ready to complete your final tasks and during a detailed planning meeting, we will put together your wedding timeline, ceremony logistics and more. In the final month, we fully take over vendor communication and tie up all loose ends. We then conduct your rehearsal and wedding day from start to finish, Emergency Kit in hand!  This service usually entail approx 30 hours of work pre- during and post wedding day and also includes 1 assistant for the day.  Contact us if you haven’t reserved a Day-Of Coordinator for your special day.
